They just allow us to gain a little more insight into your wants, needs, and pain points when it comes to this vacation and to let you know a little bit more about us, our services and the process of working together.
No two vacations are the same, and we love to get to know you just a little bit and have a real life chat before we dive head first into working together.

The Consultation Call

After we have that quick and painless phone chat where you realize we are your dream come true travel advisors (insert the mandatory millennial "lol" to make that statement less serious). We will get to work putting together a proposal for you that highlights what I think will be the best fit for you.
Once you receive it, as long as you love it, we go over the deposit requirements and booking.
If you don't love it, well we're going to cry in a corner, kidding, and then we will go back to the drawing board for you!
The Quoting Process
Once we find the perfect vacation to fit your needs, we will go over booking forms and get your reservation secured with a deposit. The deposit amount for each destination will vary, but we will discuss that in the quoting process.
After that it is on to the planning process!
Booking Your Vacation
I really try my hardest to stick to my office hours, I am however addicted to my work and tend to work when my kids aren't running me all over to sports and events. Please allow me 24-48 hours to respond to non-urgent matters.
Communication
You will not be just another booking around here friend. Throughout the process of planning your vacation I will be in contact regularly about tasks and timelines to ensure we are obtaining the exact trip you want without sacrifice.

After we chat and we have a good grasp on what you are looking for we will put together a proposal for you that includes a full quote for your vacation, love it? We book it. Not so much? Back to the drawing board we go!

Once you decide to go for it I will get your trip on a complimentary hold - this allows us 6-72 hours (depending on destination) to lock in your date & rate while we complete your client profile and booking paperwork.

Your trip is not officially booked until you pay your deposit. Deposit amounts vary but typically range from $200-$500 for non-airfare bookings.

From dining reservations, to transfers to and from the airport, park plans & lightning lane reservations (if you're going to Disney that is) - we will work through all of the details to ensure all details are taken care of.

10 days prior to travel you will receive a full itinerary from me outlining your trip.
This itinerary comes with. complimentary access to my app that is exclusive to my clients so that I am always in your back pocket.

After receiving your itinerary I like to have a pre-travel meeting discussing the itinerary and going over any last minute questions or concerns you may have.
It is not required, but I promise its helpful and so much fun!
